The Executive Council is made up of six enrolled SDSU students whom are elected by SVO active members at the end of each academic year.  There is also one student organization advisor assigned to the Executive Council who is a non-voting member and not an active student.  The council holds bimonthly meeting to cover planning and execution of events and discuss current issues facing the SVO and its members.  Each voting member has the ability to establish committees for assisting in operations, events, and planning.  The Executive Council is made up of the following positions:
